"Fitness" is an elusive term covering an enormous array of attributes: flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, strength, power, balance, coordination, body-fat proportion and more. While its usually accepted that multiple thirty-60 minute sessions per week are optimal for manufacturing results, the truth is that it's possible to try and do a nice quantity in far less time.
