Hypnotize anybody the easy way !

If you want to know how to instantly hypnotize then you first need to know what hypnosis is. We all have a picture in our minds from popular culture of a Svengali-like figure who gains control over someone by putting them in a trance. As with most impressions of this type, it's not really very accurate.

So, if you want to learn how to hypnotize someone you first have to banish this idea from your mind. Hypnosis is basically a conscious state of total relaxation allied to focused attention. Now you know what it is, how do you do it?

If you wish to hypnotize someone, ideally you need to put them in an environment and a state where they are as relaxed as possible. Then you need to act and speak in a way that will be familiar if you've seen any depictions of hypnosis in the media i.e. talk in a well-modulated, calm voice whilst getting your subject to close their eyes and breathe slowly.

Slow and deep breathing will be a familiar relaxation technique to many. You can use some sort of hypnotic induction by literally telling your subject to relax each part of their body bit by bit. E.g. tell them to put their attention on their left foot and will that to relax. Then move on to other parts of the body in turn at all times giving positive reinforcement - "yes, that's right, you're doing well and becoming more and more relaxed with each passing second" etc.

Once someone has fully relaxed the conscious part of their mind will take a back seat and allow you more direct access to the subconscious than you would normally achieve. You can now plant positive affirmations into the persons subconscious. By this means you can replace negative habits with positive, life-affirming actions. Hypnosis has been successfully used to enable people to stop smoking, stop drinking, stop biting their nails, become more self-confident etc.

Points to remember. You should always act responsibly and never try to get someone to do something that would cause them harm or cause them to harm someone else. When hypnotizing someone you will often get told by them that you've failed.

You didn't succeed in hypnotizing because they don't feel in a trance, just fully relaxed. That's normal - this is exactly how most people feel when they have been successfully hypnotized.

Let's quash a popular myth. No one can become permanently stuck in a hypnotic trance.

Another one is that people can be persuaded under hypnosis to do things that are against their moral code. There is simply no proof that this is the case.

Learning basic hypnotic techniques is something that everyone should do. Being forewarned is forearmed. Knowledge of basic hypnotic techniques and practices will make it less likely that they can be used against you without you even knowing. I respectfully suggest that to protect yourself as you go about your normal daily life that you take a hypnosis course and learn how to instantly hypnotize.
